Children and Artists of Terezin

Children and Artists of Terezin (CAT) is an educational foundation created to gather, preserve and disseminate the unique stories of the children and artists who were incarcerated in the Terezin (Theresienstadt) concentration camp during the Holocaust.  We create vehicles for children and others to learn about the Holocaust and its lessons. We use the lens of the Holocaust to teach how the arts and education can become "resistance of the spirit" and create programs to dispel and overcome prejudice, intolerance, hatred and bigotry.
